Sotaroni Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil this variety is 100% Arbequina olives, grown at the picturesque Torrevella estate in the Mariola valley in Southern Spain. It has a clear, light green coloured appearance and is famous for its sweetness and aromatic flavour which sings with fruity notes of apple, verdant herbs and fresh almond, with a hint of bitterness or heat.

12 Year Sweet Pedro Ximénez Vinegar is derived from the Pedro Ximénez grape, known also for producing sumptuous wine. Cultivated in the warm climate and moist soil of Southern Spain and gathered in a late season harvest, these grapes are lovingly simmered into a semi sweet vinegar which rests in American antique oak barrels for 12 years to steep and soak in subtle flavours. It is very aromatic, boasting fruity notes with traces of figs and dates and is the deserving winner of numerous prestigious awards. There is also a ‘Gran Reserva’ 25 year Sweet Pedro Ximénez vinegar available.
